Registration and spots
A rider's spot is confirmed when a deposit is received and all required documents are complete. During checkout a spot is held for a short period so two families cannot purchase the same final place.
Payments and balances
Each session lists a deposit amount, a total price and a balance due date. Balances not paid by the due date may result in the spot being released to another rider.
Cancellations
Cancellations are submitted as a request from your dashboard and reviewed by NBS staff. Any refund is issued at the discretion of New Beginnings Stable in line with the published refund schedule.
Safety and conduct
Riders must wear an approved helmet and follow all instructions from barn staff. Equine activities carry inherent risk, which is acknowledged in the liability release each family completes during registration.
